YESTERDAY I BOUGHT A GAS LIGHTER FROM TILAK NAGAR,NEW DELHI,RELIANCE FRESH, IN THE MORNING IT WAS WORKING FINE AND IN THE EVENING IT WAS ALL DEAD.I WENT TO RELIANCE FRESH AND COMPLAINED, THEY SAID :WE CANT REPLACE IT.SORRY. ITS NOT THE MATTER OF FEW RUPEES BUT THE WAY THESE AMBANIS ARE CHEATING US ALL FOR OUR HARDEARNED MONEY AND BUYING JETS FOR WIVES AS BIRTHDAY PRESENTS. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 21-Aug-09 11:50:36 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisThe sales persons across the counters at Reliance Fresh,New Thippasandra, Bangalore behaved with my spouse very rudely and unpolite manner on more than one occasion as we were asked to leave the goods purchased when we have remitted Rs 500/- note saying that they are not having change and the mangaer of the store has instructed the staff to do the same.We were very much suprised on this behavior of the staff and when tried to contact the manager, and manager was not available at the store twice.I would say here that the customer is the king for the success of any business...The management team of Reliance Fresh should take necessary action or atleast provde facility that complaints can be raised online by the customers because the feedback forms that are available at the store are of no use as they are not reaching to the correct persons in the management team....
