Non return of amt on maturity

sir, my self G L Dindokar from Nagpur(Maharashtra.I have deposited Rs.20000/- on date 15/06/2001 with interest rate 12.5% for a period of 1 year i.e dt of maturity 15/06/2002 with maturity amt Rs.22648/- with BCL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.Till to date i have not received any amount from company.I have made correspondence with their Mumbai Office on date 20/01/2003 no reply from that office,then i made correspondence with Calcutta(KolKata) office on date 18/08/2008 the same letter is returned to me on date 01/09/2008 by post office saying that the party is not on that address.

pl look into the matter so that i could get my amt returned with interest.
