Non Delivery of Courier Document

AFL Couriers Vile parle (E), Mumbai 400 057 Mumbai, Ma 400057 IN A document for Chattisgarh was booked by me on 30/9/2008 (AWB no 114485743256). Still I am yet to get a clear picture of when it will be delivered. WHen I contacted the Customer Service Manager on 022-26185621, She was not having a clue too that why has the document being delayed. Please take an action regarding this.
