Lost Income

I am new business owner just trying to start up my salon. After extensive research I believed that I had found the perfect distributor for all of my supplies. I place the order and upon arrival I find that one of the beds is missing,one damaged, and all of the extras are no where to be found. I ordered a total of six beds and received four working beds. I called them immediately and followed their instructions to the t. They told me that everything would be handled. They never replaced the damaged goods, replaced the missing bed/extras or provided an explanation. I stopped payment on the remainder with American express and I am now trying to pickup the pieces and move on. Please do not use this business..they have almost cost me my dream of owning a salon.
