The Sonic Cameras Rip-Off Game

I ordered the HDR-sr12 , Sony Camcorder from this company. I asked a two -day delivery, it came on time, two days, However after looking at my billing statement. I noticed they actually charged me $115.92 for over night. After speaking to the supposed owner (Kevin Glass) He refused to set my account right. It seems to me this is how Kevin Glass makes his margins. Rip-OFF ? I don't know another word for it.
