Harrassing Collection Calls on Wrong Number

Hi,

My Number is +919718016330 and is registered on the name of Pawan Gupta with BarclayCards which is Wrong number for him.

On Sep 26 I received a call from collection dept of Barclays card for Pawan Gupta. I told the agent politely that this is wrong number and he told me that he gonna update the records and i will not receive any further call. Within an hour I received another call from a representative from the same company asking for Pawan Gupta. I again told him the same then Instead of being apologetic he became rude with me and said that I am lying.

From that I used to receive 10-12 Calls a day and messages from the Barclays abt the debt which I don’t owe.

Whenever I used to ask for manager o supervisor they used to hung up on me.

Even today I received the call from Rep Parvej abt same and I told him this sis a wrong no.

So What should I do???????/

Even I can’t change the no.

I am continuously harassed by their collection team for the debt which I don’t owe. I have informed your representatives about the same so many times but still keep on receiving around 8-10 calls+ Messages in a day
