Sleep Comfort Bed Complaint

We ordered a Memory Source Foam Bed model SC-4000 in July of 2003. We were told, and it showed on the web site that this mattress has a ten year warranty. We have had it a little over 5-years and it has begun to lose it's shape. (We also have a Tempurpedic mattress which has the same material, it did the same thing and it was replaced by a different vendor.) However when we tried to get this problem taken care of by Memory Source they claimed they had no record of our purchase, even though the first mattress we received from them had a tear in the side upon delivery and the trucking company called them from our home. To date they have not returned any calls and have now taken down their phone no. from their site, though we had it written down from before. They refuse to even acknowledge our emails or calls.
