I've taken my car to this dealership several times for service and maintenance, and the attitudes of the service rep's are part of the major problem. Not only are they rude as hell, but they group working on your vehicle does a lousy job. You would think that leaving your car at this dealership would be leaving your care in the hands of professionals, but let me tell you...beware of the service teams! I wonder what criteria they have to meet before they are officially deemed a service team member. I say this because, you may get your car back with more problems than you had before and problems that can't seem to be resolved, esp. by the team who created them in the first place! And while going through the ordeal of being a unhappy camper please don't ask for the manager....WHAT! You might as well ask for the guy who hits you in the guts! The manager’s way of dealing with a situation is pushing it off to someone else to handle or you'll get "Sir/Madame, I'm sorry about your service, let me get your phone number and I'll give you a call back. I'm sure we can take care of this problem for you, just give me a few minutes and I'll get back to you soon!" Yeah right... That “I'll get back to you in a few minutes" turns into hours, days, and months to the point of the expected call was never going to be returned because BWM of Marlow Heights (Temple Hills), is the most unprofessional, crappie group of people you could possibly encounter, and that I ever had to deal with in my life! I plan to use all BMW dealerships outside of my living area to get my vehicle serviced/repaired, etc... It's a dreadful shame that I can't go to my local BMW dealer for help! Sincerely, WhymanWhy?
