Novi Insulation Is Awful To Deal With

Novi Insulation was the worst contractor I ever dealt within my life. Their crew damaged my driveway by backing up their utility trucks over a can of polyurethane foam which left gross tire tracks embedded into seven slabs of my my concrete driveway. I had to take them to small claims court just to recoup the $1700 worth of damage. I would not recommend them they were very difficult to work with and relay on the heavy use of immigrant labor who can barely speak English.

Novi Insulation Inc. did resolve this matter. This customer was given his insulation job for free, so that he could replace cement sections of his driveway which he claimed were damaged. To date he has not replaced them. Novi Insulation Inc. is a reputable, honest

company,with a reliable,experienced staff.
