I paid for goods and did not get them and now the website is gone and the phones are disconnected

I bought McCain Palin items on the internet they only shipped part of the order. and emailed said they were sending the rest then, no replies and 15 days later the website was a sponsored search on yahoo is gone and the phones are disconnected and I'm out my money
