PSP-990A STEAM PRESS Yamata USA INC. 3450 NW 114 AVENUE Miami, Fl 33178-1840 US www.yamata.com The above stated steam press , under a 5 year WARRANTY , was retured for service in May of 2008! TWO months later, they finally oped the box ,then after many e mails and phone calls agreed to repair it! They charged my $72.24 plus I had spent $30.00 sending it to them. They returned my press this month! They had done exactly NOTHING to it!! When I called they first tried to tell me they replaced the card....I told them there was a letterexplaining what was wrong...next they said they repaired the LOCK...agai , I told them that there was NOTHING wrong with the lock!!!! All one had to do was remove the cover and could see the bearing that was disenagrated!!! They did absolutly NOTHING!! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!
