Misleading Internet provider

ADSL 512 20GB prepaid quota TPG 65 Waterloo Road, North Ryde, NSW Sydney, Ne 2113 AU http://www.tpg.com.au My internet provider, TPG, is just misleading and not professional. The call center is offshore maybe in Manila or Philippines and people are not trained but selected among the most rude and incompetent! They just read through standard premade scripts so intentionally not addressing a solution to customare's problem. Two times they quit the call while I was explaining the problem. Internet surfing is just appalling and frustrating; constant disconnections; rude incompetent and unpolite customare call center; slow internet connection; very misleading and incompetent TPG's representatives; unclear and misleading contract T&O; misleading download metering system, just missing 5-6 GBs everymonths meaning someone is taking money off from my pocket etc. etc.. it's a long list! My only satisfation is when I know customers churn aways to much more reliable and professional companies! TPG... if I knew, I didn't give my hardly earned money to a misleading and not professional people!!!
