the Visa symbol - no registered trademark?

My last complaint was that they had my driver's license. I forgot to add that upon inspecting the card there is no registered trademark symbol next to word VISA. I'm going to contact whomever owns the trademark and as many retail corporation headquarters as carry this scam product.
