nothing but a hassle

I ordered a necklace from eves addiction a month early to make sure it would get here on time. A month later I never received my necklace and I made multiple calls and emails to get the necklace to us for my sons birthday. I dealt with nothing but hassles and excuses that they sent the package out without an address and this is what was slowing down the order.I phoned again and they said that they had received the package back and I pleaded for them to send out the package before my sons birthday, which was a week and a half later.They said they would take care of it and I waited patiently for my package and I still had no package. I called again and found that they had not sent the package out as I had been promised. I then asked for a full refund, which was given, plus shipping costs that I have still yet to receive from them. The point being is they ruined my sons birthday through incompetence and were uncaring. I ordered my package a month before and did not receive anything except a hard time. The package was never delivered as promised.It was the worse shopping experience I have ever had.
