Nicholls Construction, is a builder that was used to finish a Pre-Fabricated home that was built by North American Housing Corporation. This builder was a builder that was on their recommended builders list. The builder is located out of Front Royal Va. The company performed Sub Standard work when completing the Home build & would not return to repair sub standard Foundation problems. Roof leaks (Upper Part of house was not sealed externally to the lower part of the house). North American Housing does not stand behind their recommended builders & does not warranty any losses caused by their recommended builders. The catch is that only their recommended builders can finish the homes & No one else can purchase a home from them. Their recommended builders are the only one that can provide warranty work & the recommended builders are not held accountable to return for warranty work.

Beware that you may never be able to get the recommended builder or North American Housing to honor a warranty.
