HAIL CENTER DAMMAM-KHOBAR HIGHWAY-RAKAH CROSSING P.O.BOX 345 DAMMAM 31411 AL-KHOBAR-SAUDI ARABIA DAMMAM, EA 31411 SA NOT KNOWN I have purshased the above subject printer from JARIR BOOKSTORE AT KHOBAR CITY OF SAUDI ARABIA(E-MAIL: WWW.jarirbookstore.com)on 07th of Nov.2007 thru order No. 77062. ON 20TH OF Augst,2008,I took it to REDINGTON mentioned above for repair as advised by JARIRBOOKSTORE.They,REDINGTON,took the printer and gave me Goods Receipt Note which written on it GRN. No.3278 for my follow up with them. REDINGTON told me that they have to send to RIYADH for replacement and UNTIL TODAY IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.The problm is that "ON" switch is not powering on the priter. So, the problem is not yet solved and I am without printer for more than TWO MONTHS now.I felt very sorry that I have purchased HP product due to very poor customer serice which I am sure it is not acceptable to you at all either.Hence, could you please look into it and help me please.
