Poor customer service. Had unit repiared twice w/ground shipping across the country. I had to call customer service so many times I can't count. Unit was never fixed properly and requested a NEW on. The sent a refurbished and I declined it. It took 5 more calls and talking to 3 different supervisors to get a new unit and an extended warranty.

Oh my gosh! Samsung service/warranty is the worse. I bought a 52" tv and it went out after a few months (lighting) and was still under warranty. Said we could have it replaced for an upgrade fee of $225.00 since they only had 55" tvs now- took our credit card number before they would ship and have not shipped and keep saying it will be 10-15 business days! If you call them- it is the same story- someone will contact you and then it will be shipped. No one will contact you and no one will ship. I am contacting the BBB and the attorney generals office! Crazy.
