SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED

MTNL (Dolphin) / Postpaid connection at Delhi

Hi,

I am a Student in Delhi and own a cell phone with MTNL(Dolphin) connection.

I applied for my Dolphin post-paid connection on 19 Jan 2008. The sim is showing registration failed from 05 sept 2008 and when i complained to customer executives they replied that the sim will be activated within 24hrs but this did not happen.

After that when i contact with the executives they asked me to replace the sim so i replaced my sim by paying Rs 112 to MTNL Tis hazari Branch on 01 oct 2008.After replacing the sim i was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hrs but till now they are not giving any appropiate answeres and again they are asking me to wait for next 24hrs to get the sim activated.
