2003 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR MOTOR CAR CONCEPTS II 2455 S. US HWY 17/92 LONGWOOD, FL 32750 US WWW.MCC2.NET Poor Business practices...SINCE DEC. 2007 MY DAUGHTER HAS ATTEMPTED TO HAVE HER CAR REPAIRED. THEY HAVE GIVEN HER A RUN AROUND. THEY BLAME EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN IN ORDER TO GET OUT OF FIXING IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY AS HER MOTHER I HAD TO STEP IN AFTER SEEING THE FRUSTRATION AND TEARS SINCE SHE HAD PURCHASED AN 03 NAVIGATOR FOR $26,000 IN 12/07 TO HAVE IT PARKED. THEY TOWED THE CAR 5 TIMES OF WHICH TWO OF THEM I PAID FOR. THEIR MECHANICS ALTHOUGH FRIENDLY ARE UNDERPAID AND UNSKILLED. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE CAR AND UNSKILLED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE THEY BLAMED HER SPEAKER SYSTEM. I TOOK THE CAR TO A LINCOLN DEALERSHIP TO FINALLY FIX THE PROBLEM AND IT COST ME $1,500. TO REPAIR. THE LINCOLN DEALERSHIP SAID ONE THING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER. THE CAR IS FULL OF RUST UNDERNEATH WHICH ALSO CEASED SENSORS.IN THE INTERIM WE ALSO REQUESTED TO BE REFUNDED FOR A TAG FEE THAT WE WERE CHARGED UNNECESSARILY SINCE WE HAD OUR OWN TAG. THEY ADMIT THEY WERE WRONG, WE HAVE THE TAG TRANSFER PROOF,THEY ADMIT THE APOPKA MGR.LACKS EXP,THEN THEY TELL US TO PICK UP OUR MONEY AND THEY GAVE US A $2 DOLLAR CHECK. WHAT AN INSULT TO INJURY. THEY LIKE TO PLAY GAMES. WE DROVE A CAR AROUND FOR 6 MO. WITH OUR OWN TAG NOT KNOWING THAT THEY ORDERED A NEW ONE. THEY HANDED US THE NEW TAG 7 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE in July 08. I SPOKE TO THE SELF PROCLAIMED BIG CHEESE THAT SAID HE WOULD FIX EVERYTHING (thats Daryl in Apopka)HE MUST BE Swiss Cheese, with promises full of holes. Then you go to Longwood sit there for two hours for help and you get OOOOOH THE BOSS, (Chris Johnson). After laying it all on the table, he said not to worry, he looked at me in the eye and said the bald man in the pink shirt will fix everything. My daughter was so elated, we thanked him so much. He said that it was the first he heard of the problems and he would personally take care of it. He even attempted to pay us by way of petty cash, then said it had been depleated. It is now October, 3 MONTHS LATER and if I call they say the same weekly thing that he will take care of it. We are tired of crying, false hope and empty promises. They do not know what WORD OF HONOR means. If the BOSS has poor business practices you could only imagine his crews ability as he leads through example. He is an insecure being that feels good about taking advantage of people. Is $200 for their own tag mistake worth it? Was it going to make or break them? It is bad enough that we put all the car repair headaches behind us but they would not even reimburse their $200 dollar mistake. Sad but true. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and encourage all that have had problems with them to report it. My next move is the media and small claims court. It is not the money anymore it is principle. The same thing just happend to me with a Ford. It doesn't matter that the car she got was 4 years old. From what I know the best thing to do is get a car from one of the big car dealers for a new or a used car or even car maxs. That is what I am doing after I save some money. When you buy a USED car it means somoene else had it and got rid off it for some reason.. that's the chance you take when you get a used car. You are buying someone else's garbage..so deal with it!!
