Poor/No service by Aqua guard

We bought the Reviva Aqua guard long back and from that day on we are holding AMC. When ever we call the service people for servicing no body turns up. This time I placed the complaint on september 27, 2008 and till date I keep calling the customer care no body turns up.

I dont understand why these people are cheating the customers like this. The most worst service that i had ever seen is the Aqua guard only. MY SINCERE ADVICE DONT BUY EUREKA PRODUCTS.
