paying too much for to little

i would like to know why comcast is getting away with charging prices for low income families and sr citizens that are way too high for what they give youthey chargte you $60 for 127 channells most of them are junk channels and paid programming there are about 25 channels that are worth watching what can we do to control this company that has a stranglehold on new jersey consumers they could at least offer a better package deal for the poor
