why is this cable company allowed to keep raising prices with no end in sight

their charging low income seinors and low income families like $60 a month for 127 channels most of them are paid

programming and junk tv theres only about 25 channels that are worth veiwing

now there raising the rates up again they just raised it about 2-3 months ago whats going on tipi
