Still have yet to recieve pictures from a photo shoot of my daughter on August 10th, 2008. Business claims to have mailed photos on the 23rd of September by regular US mail (not certified). I never received them. Also made several attempts to contact the company and none of my calls or emails were responded too until almost one month later. After I had filed a complaint with BBB. Owner refused to refund a portion of my sale and owner stated in an email to drop ship the photos directly to my home. I still have not received them and it has been over a week.
