Dear Sir/ Mam. This is to request you that ICICI Bank has withdrawn Rs.12056.00(Rs. Twelve Thousand & Fifty Six only on 31st July 2008 from my Saving A/C nO.000701605555 WHICH IS IN C.P. Branch.Inspite of several reminders & submission of required documents.i have not received the fund back Only assurance i got on 5th of Oct.2008 that they will revert back with in 7 working days but no action has been taken till now .
