Today I was waiting for my package that I bought from a computer store. When I check on the status of the package, I've got the "infamous" :

THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT IN A UPS FACILITY / FORWARDED TO THE FACILITY IN THE DESTINATION CITY

This is unacceptable for a shipping compagny to re-route packages to a wrong facility. It is , also really unacceptable that a package should take 2 weeks to travel from Ontario to British Columbia! Truck drivers are doing this in 2 days!!!

There is also the fact that UPS Web tracking IS NOT accurate and "real-time" as they advertise! My shipping info is being displayed 8 hours after the actual event!!!

I will NEVER use UPS again and will pay extra to ship via competitors... I am really dissapointed in their services.

Good for you!

The best way to protest is not to give them your shipping dollars and be sure to tell all who will listen

If you can get it in the press or have an elected official they haven't bought yet to get involved then they will at least solve your problem
