Please help as i am getting a very seriouse, insulting situation with Honda bodyshop center in Dubai

i delievered my Accord to the center 10 days back to fix up the pumber, and after running after them for the last 10 days. i have been told by one of thier advisors ( His name is Mike) that i have to come to the center to take my car back as they dont have a pumber. and when i asked him to forward me to any of the supervisors or the manager of the body shop , he closed the line in un polite way.

is is acceptable that after keeping my car with honda body shop for 10 days , they are telling me now that i have to take it back because they dont have a pumber. i was supposed to be told by that at the begging not after 10 days and paying more than AED 2000.00 to rent a car.

please take an action as i insist to get my car fixed and know the reason of closing the line in my face by the honda body shop advisor????/!!!!!!!!!
