Scammed by Sigma European Furniture in Mountain View, CA

I have purchased a 5 pc bedroom set from sigma European Furniture. They showed me a picture in catalog which had 5 pieces in it: queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser and mirror with shelf. Before coming to this store I have looked at this set on various websites and in other store. Upon delivery at my house they did not brig the shelf that goes with mirror ad claimed that it was not a part of the set. After I complained to them, they yelled at me and told me to contact ESF Furniture, which is the distributor of this bedroom set, so ican find out from them that this is not part of the set. On their site it clearly states that it is a mirror with shelves (1 pc). I then contacted their customer service rep and receved the following response:

Hello and thank you for your interest n our product. If you going to buy Bed

group it includes Bed, 2 Night Stands, Dresser and mirror/with shelves (one

pc).

We do not sell to the public, but if you want you can conect Avetex

In the description it says "Mirror with shelves" so my question is is that

one piece in terms of if buying a 5 pc set, do we get 1 bed, 2 night stands

1 dresses and 1 mirror with shelve?

I then faxed over copy of he email and picture from their distributors site to Sigma Furniture and got no response. I then had my husband contact them, and they yelled at him also, telling him that he did not ask at the time of purchase wheather shelf was a part of the set and not to cantact them again as they are not giving us th msissing shelf nor are they taking beck their bedroom set. We can purchase it for the same price from at last one other place and have the full set. We feel that they have scammed us out of our money and are refusing to provide any kind of cutomer service. They basically told us that i we had been smarter we should have asked, even thoughwe have done previuos research and knew for a fact that the shelf was a part of the set.
