Broken furniture

I purchased 2 bedroom sets from penn furniture when it was just penn furniture not the new penn furniture. I called several times about getting my furniture fixed. They said they were sending someone-no one ever came to fix it. Now that they are the new penn they said they cant fix it. The same people that worked at the old penn work at the new! The woman who answers is sometimes the manager and sometimes she is not! Who is the manager?
