OAN Services, Inc. Fraudulent billing

I just got my Verizon bill for the month of October, 2008 and there is a charge "on behalf of 10 15 15 800" by OAN Services, Inc. The charged call was never made and I have no idea "who" this 10 15 15 800 is. I note there are multiple complaints against OAN for this identical fraudulent action. I am filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and refuse to pay the charge. I am also CANCELING my Verizon phone service. I've had enough with their crap!@

I got my Verizon bill for the month of Oct 2008 and there was an unauthorized charge by OAN services, Inc. I called Verizon to block the charge. They said it's now blocked but the charge appeared again on my Nov 2008. I called OAN 1 800 944 9646 and "Debra", Cusmoer services rep, said my wife signed up for a web hosting which is a lie ... my wife know nothing about this technologies... I just want them to get out of my life !
