Beachcamera.com does not exchange defective products

Bought an Acer One Aspire from beachcamera.com. The keyboard keys did not work out of the box. Called beachcamera.com but they dont exchange brand new defective computers that they sell. Went through Acer and of course have to pay to ship it back to Acer for repair. $20.33 for shipping and about 3 weeks for them to repair. Customer loses
