Airtel's Filthy Service

I'm airtel postapaid user since 6 years and have 3 numbers 9818691812/3/&5 respectively. Since last 4 months I have been facing connectivity issue and complained to airtel regarding same. These days airtel has shown total disregard to regulations set by trai and shown disrespect to their customers by closing customer complaints without resolution. They have gone to an extent where their nodal officers and apelette body is not recheable by phone,fax,email and letters. I have tried everything but request has fallen on deaf ears. Cust. service reps agree with bad service but they do not fail to remind that remaining providers provide similar service and hence I should not change connection. Airtel has ill trained reps at office and they simply would not transfer your call, I was amazed to find an office boy answer nodal officers phone repeatedly day after day. There is no other way to inform TRAI , else I would not be complaining through you.
