Rogers Rogers wirelss Montreal , QU H*N CA www.rogers.com Ever since Rogers have introduced Iphone, I seem to pay through my nose. Every month I have to call rogers to complain about charges from DATA usage. I acquired iphone as a hardware upgrade, with the same plan that I had before. Right after receiving the iphone, I called rogers to block Internet, Block DATA transfer and I thought thats it. Instead they keep sending Data to my phone and they keep asking to be paid. One of their stupid customer service personnel informed me that, iphone in order for it to function, it needs to update its software and I get to accept the charges. This CS personnel name is Jessica ID# 1683874. I refused this BS, since it doesnt make sense at all. Finally they forgo the charges on my sons iphone. I just checked my Bill and decided to look at it thoroughly, to my surprised, ever since Rogers agreed to block the DATA transfer, I have been charged for the same usage, again and again. Every time when I call rogers, someone has to give an attitude, and then force me to pay. WTF. Rogers service has become the worst in Canada and the only thing they boast about is the incoming txt msg free! Rogers agent # ID1665932 Name CHANTAL. Took matters and corrected all charges which were deemed unfair. Since acquiring Iphone, I make sure that all my conversation with Rogers agent are completely recorded from my end. Date, amount in dispute, DATA charges, Agents ID# and finally I ask for Ref number to the last ticket. In your case ask for the ticket ID and the ref # at the beginning of your conversation, because for some weird reasons you get cut off, the next agent may continue from where you left. I thank Chantal for lowering my Blood pressure. On a serious Note: ROGERS IT'S TIME YOU START RECOGNIZING YOUR CUSTOMERS PRIORITIES AND PROVIDE SERVICE. SOME OF US HAVE BEEN WITH ROGERS FROM THE STONE AGE, WHEN CELLPHONES WERE A SIZE OF A BRICK. BILLING UNJUSTLY WILL ONLY WASTE AGENTS TIME AND THATS COSTING.
