Sealy Mattress Inferior to Competitors

On March 17, 2008, I purchased a Sealy Lamshire FIRM Queen Size Mattress (Model #56831450) with a 10 year warranty at Taft Furniture in Colony, NY.

Within 3 months from date of purchase, the mattress began to sag on both sides and is no longer FIRM. I filed a Taft Customer Request on 9/11/08 and a technician inspected the mattress. Taft Furniture then passed the buck to Sealy. I wrote a letter to Sealy Customer Support on 9/27/08 and included my bill of sale. I then followed up with two additional e-mails and have not received so much as a courtesy response.

The previous mattress I owned did not sag for about 8 years from date of purchase, so I consider the Sealy Lamshire Firm Queen Size Mattress to be inferior to its competitor. This is my first and last Sealy product purchase.
