I ordered a set of knifes from ronco .It was on tv with info commercial

and I got second one

Color: Black I have not open second set was going to use it for Christmas gift

I have used only some of set everyone I have used is rusting Yhey say on tv they are stainless steel well stainless will not rust ir offers a lifetime warrenty well i called and they want more money S&h $16.50 and they will send another cheap set of there product

after researching I see lots of complaints on other ronco products is it against the law to give false adds on tv?
