I DISCONTINUED DIRECT TV SERVICE IN JULY OF 2008. WAS TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR $50.06. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 8, BEING TOLD TREE TIMES THAT IT TAKES SIX WEEKS TO PROCESS THE REFUND, TWICE THAT THE CHECK WAS "ESCALATED", AND TWICE THAT THE "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL". ON NOVEMBER , I RECEIVED A SUMMARY OF MY ACCOUNT SHOWING A ZERO BALANCE, AND THAT THE REFUND WAS MADE ON OCTOBER 20 (WHEN I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 6 WORKING DAYS FOR THE CHECK TO BE DELIVERED. THE SUMMARY WAS DATED NOVEMBER 4!!!! INTERESTING THAT I CAN GET A STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT IN ONLY THREE DAYS, AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CHECK AFTER 19 DAYS
