Infesting Tenats Apartment with Bed Bugs

Takoma Landing recently purchased Fairview Apartment managed by Scott Management. Immediately taken over they sent out (intimidating)letters of bed bugs and roaches complaints to all residents that they will work to correct the problem. Those residents that did not have the problems made it known and went to the office and told them they did not have the problem. They insisted on going to every apartment/townhouses in doing so they infested as many as possible apartments/townhouse. With clear evidence of their actions they stil deny of any wrong doing. All houses are been infested now.
