I ordered replacement carpet for our pickup truck and paid with PayPal. PayPal sent me an email stating the payment had been sent to Auto Parts Network (APN). The next day, I received an email from APN saying that my charge was denied by the credit card company. They received their money from PayPal already. I even checked my PayPal account and verified that the charge had been made and APN had received their money.

I called APN immediately and was told the matter was resolved and I would get an email within 48 hours to confirm the shipment. No confirmation email was received.

A couple of days later, I called again and was told exactly the same thing, so I called PayPal and was lucky enough to talk to a real person. She said that she would email APN and tell them they had been paid and to ship the order. Two more days go by and still nothing from APN. They obviously ignored the email from PayPal.

I tried to call APN again today and got the same run-around. Then I tried to call PayPal again but couldn't speak to a real person, just a bunch of automated cr AT p that didn't help with my problem.

Thank goodness for Discovercard. I called them today and they will deal with APN.

By the way, of ALL the people I spoke to (besides Discover), every one of them spoke broken English. "U.S." auto parts my eye!
