Monitor Dell.com US Dell.com I called Dell trying to order a monitor and pay with it from my Paypal account balance. The person I spoke to was in Panama and barely spoke English. He could not understand what I was trying to do and said he would transfer me to a supervisor. I waited on the phone for about 15 minutes and then the phone went dead. I called back several more times and could not reach anyone as you have to press about six times to try to get to the right department. I finally reached another person that also barely spoke english and he said he did not know how process an order using a balance I had in my Paypal account. Keep in mind that this was the order department I was speaking with. I spend a total of about 1.5 hours on the phone trying to order a monitor without any sucess. I will never do business with Dell again as this was very frustrating. I instead decided to get a Viewsonic monitor. I have found that at Viewsonic, you can actually reach someone that speaks English.
