DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER TAT WAS 20% OFF

I placed this order on 10/18. I had a 20% off coupon. I first got a letter telling me my credit card info was not right. So, I called them and got that straightened out. Still haven't received this order. I've tried calling them and the tell me they do not have any record of the order???? I'm telling them I'm looking at it on my computer screen and give them the order number. But, still no record for them.

I should also mention that on 10/20, I placed another order with them. I did not use the 20% off coupon, and I received every bit of it just fine.
