Cellarbrokers.com 25 Hampton Road Southampton, NY 11968 US Cellarbrokers.com I placed an order for several wines on September 4. They charged me immeadiately. Many weeks delay on the order with some still not shipped. They return none of my calls, emails and messages left on their online chat. Further research indicates that this is a consistent theme for this company and as a result this cellar really needs to be avoided. I ordered a case of wine in October and after several calls, emails and discussion with their "on line customer service", I still have no wine and now can't contest with my bank because it has been over 60 days. This company is a fraud!!! They charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order.....and still no wine. After several weeks with no delivery, I both e-mailed and spoke by phone with the company to cancel the order and have the charge to my credit card reversed. This has not occurred, even after additional e-mail and phone follow up. After 7 weeks no wine, they refused to reply to several e-mails, phone messages etc. I reported them to Credit card co. as fraud and reversed all charges. They are FRAUD and RIP-OFF!!! I am still waiting for the wine. When I called I was told that the wine is on back order. The customer Service person told me that I needed to talk to someone in sales. I have called the 800 number and it has been disconnected. They still keep on sending emails for their specials however. Fortunately, my card has not been charged. Maybe a call to the NY Attorney General's office might help.
