William Chi Wai Chun is a prick w/ attitude problem - U of Pacific dental school loser

Complaint is on William Chi Wai Chun of San Francisco. He is a dental student at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He has a terrible attitude problem. He likes to talk down on patients and classmates. he also has an alcoholic problem. He is also bossy. Rumor is said that he bribed UOP to admit him a year ago so that he could be with his then fiance Joann Shin. $$$$$$$$ wow! I will never want to have William Chi Wai Chun treat me as a patient.
