Waiting and still waiting

Bank deposits Navy Federal Credit Union Mira Mesa Blvd. San Diego California San Diego, Ca 62126 US I am from the Philippines and my husband is from San Diego California. We married last June 10, 2008 here in the Philippines and before my husband left me and go back to San Diego we open an account in Banco de Oro so that he can send me money through bank to bank deposit. Last September 25, 2008, my husband decide to send me $2,000 deposited to my account through Navy Federal Credit Union and pay a transaction charge of, if im not mistaken $40. To our knowledge I can receive the money in 3 days or less than a week but until now and more than 1 month of waiting the said amount has not yet posted to my account. For confirmation my husband verify his deposits in Navy Federal and the bank manager said to him that the money that my husband deposit can not be withdrawn because its already processed. My husband asked for explanation whats the best thing he can do to know where the money is, but the manager only replied that he can't do anything about it. I'm very dissapointed of what the bank treated my husband. He begged for help because that money is for my hospitalization, but the bank didn't show sympatized for my husband. Until now Im still hoping that I can receive the money, because were not wealthy enough to forget it, and stop for asking for good explanation what really happen.
