Television less than a week old as of this date, remote never did work, TV has spots, called Samsung, said it was under Warrenty. No one in this area will work on Samsung products,they said I would get a replacement Oct 4th, it is now Nov 7, and no Televison. Customer Service will keep you on hold for 30 - 45 minutes or until you are frustrated and just "hang up." Buyer beware of this company
