SEARS REPAIR SERVICE

Sears repair is a joke! While replacing bearing on a 2-3 year old washer, the tech broke my tub. saying he would be back in a week with a new tub, he left my washer scattered over two rooms.

A month later, my washer still occupies two rooms.

A new tub arrived at my house today by UPS, but no repairman. Sears says it will be another 16 days before they have anyone free.

Numerous call to Sears Repair in the last two weeks have resulted in a different answer with each call and nobody would give a name.

DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS - THEY ARE IN TROUBLE FOR A REASON.
