Rick Case Hyundai Used Cars

I bought a used Sonata on September 19. Because of mileage, I could not receive an extended warranty. However, my finance contact Eddie told me that the car still had a PowerTrain warranty, which would cover certain things (including timing belt and valves) with a $200 deductible. About 5 weeks later, the timing belt snapped and damaged the valves to the tune of $2000+. The company then said that there should have never been a PowerTrain warranty on it. While Chong, the service rep, did her best to help me out by cutting the costs in half and getting me a loaner, I could never get anybody to address my request to look at the signed powertrain warranty that I was given upon purchase. Jeff, the Sales Manager, would not return any of my calls.
