Lousy Customer Service

I received my bumper hitch in a severely damaged box. The promised mounting hardware and instructions were missing. For the last three days I have e-mailed 4 times, phoned 3 times and faxed once. No one answers emails, the phone is on perma-hold, or rings to a message service that does not deliver messages.

After 20 accumulated minutes of holding, I got a person that said they'd gotten my e-mail and were looking for some parts to send me. No confirmation as to whether the parts have been sent or ever will be sent.
