Citcut city lies

Called circuit city after 1 1/2 years. I had purchased the protection plan from Circuit city with the 61" projection TV. The sales people stated that I should call and get a replacement lamp about 1 1/2 years from purchase since it was included. I called. I was asked is the lamp burnt out? My Answer NO.

We cannot do anything till it's burnt out. I explained what I had been told about obtaining a replacement bulb. All I get from them is sorry. There people lied they did misrepresent the protection plan.

I will look for more avenues to resolve this and to spread the word to all that may think of purchasing products from Circuit City.

Any suggestions from those who read this would be appriciated.
