I am very confused in what you are saying because we always try to resolve all of our returns and credits as soon as possible. Due to the large amount of shipping that we do, there is always a small chance of the occasional shipping error, however currently we do not have any information from you or who you even are. We have always gotten back with our customers to resolve all of our situations so there is obviously something you are leaving out. Either your problem was already resolved or you did not try very well to get in touch with us. Please reply to my e-mail with some actual information so we can resolve this. I really hope you aren't someone trying to just make things up and bash my business or try and make your business look better by putting other businesses down.
