Sears passes the buck or should I say 8 cents

US

Please read this from the bottom up.

Please note that in the end, my friends had to pay $1.00 because that is the minimum. Now I suppose they will send them a check for 92 cents credit!!!

Comments: I'm a bit disturbed with

your customer service. My friends are moving with the Air Force to

Germany for four years so they paid off their Sears card, or so they

thought. Come to find out they still owed 8 cents and instead of just

being able to pay the whopping 8 cents off over the phone they were told

that they had to pay $15.08 to do it over the phone. Now I have to ask

you "Are you out of your minds?". What about just doing an 8 cent

credit. Are times that tough? It's stupid things like this that make

people like me want to cut up my Sears card and call it quits with you

as well as stand up on my soap box and tell the tale to everyone I know.

I think Sears has some serious issues.
