Did not recieve textbook from Half.com

I had bought a textbook for my physics class from a seller on half.com. I waited until the expected delivery date and then a couple of more weeks after that. I have sent several emails to the seller but still have not received any replies. I finally went and did a file claim. It has been more than a month and I still have not heard back from half.com
